What is CAB?
CAB is Zest AI’s Customer Advisory Board event, bringing together senior leaders for strategic discussions, peer exchange, and early insight into Zest AI’s roadmap. CAB takes place just ahead of IQ and flows directly into the conference.
What does my CAB registration include?
Your CAB registration includes:
- A three-night stay at Bishop’s Lodge
- All CAB sessions and meals listed on the agenda
- CAB networking events and curated Santa Fe experience
- Transportation support as outlined below
You do not need to book a hotel room separately for the included nights.
Which nights are included with the hotel stay?
Your registration includes a three-night stay at Bishop’s Lodge covering:
- Sunday, April 19
- Monday, April 20
- Tuesday, April 21
Check-out is Wednesday, April 22.
When should I check in?
Check-in is Sunday, April 19.
- CAB programming officially begins Sunday evening:
- Networking Happy Hour starts at 6:00 PM
- Welcome Dinner begins at 7:00 PM
We recommend arriving at the hotel by late afternoon to allow time to settle in before the evening events.
Will I receive a hotel confirmation number?
Yes. Hotel confirmation numbers will be sent closer to the event. There is no action required from you to secure the included reservation.
Can I extend my stay?
If you’d like to extend your stay before or after CAB, you will need to book additional nights directly with Bishop’s Lodge.
Once booked, email your confirmation number to events@zest.ai so we can merge your reservations.
Important availability note:
- Bishop’s Lodge is fully booked on Saturday, April 18
- Availability is limited on Sunday, April 19 and the days following the event

Is transportation provided from the airport?
We are finalizing transportation options for arrivals on Sunday, April 19 from Albuquerque International Sunport to Bishop’s Lodge.
If you are interested in pre-scheduled transportation that day, you must indicate this on the transportation form. Availability is limited and advance sign-up is required. Please see your “Know Before You Go” email.
Is transportation provided after the event?
Yes. A complimentary shuttle will be available on Wednesday, April 22.

- Drop-off location: Albuquerque International Sunport
Seats are limited and must be reserved in advance via the transportation form.
When is the transportation form due?
Please submit the transportation form by February 27.

How does CAB connect to IQ?
CAB takes place immediately before IQ and transitions directly into the conference. CAB members are invited to attend the IQ kickoff and opening celebration on Monday evening, followed by full IQ programming on Tuesday.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Yes. If you’d like to bring a partner or significant other and they plan to attend meals or receptions, they must register with a plus-one badge. To purchase a spouse or partner pass (a discounted add-on available for guests sharing accommodations with a registered attendee) use code IQPLUS1. Note that these passes must be purchased as a separate transaction from the original Standard Pass with Hotel registration.

You’ll receive a short pre-CAB survey to confirm logistics and preferences. Additional details will be shared as we get closer to the event.
